I cannot post in certain category. please help.

Hello good evening all, I cannot post in the health and beauty category. I would like to have this issue looked into by a customer service team member as I am not getting enough sales I have more products to post I would like to post to the correct category. please see if you can remove this restriction. your help is highly appreciated. I've already tried the to contact eBay but got no resolution to the issue any help in directing me on how to move forward is appreciated.

eBay may apply restrictions on sellers who have violated eBay policy. If you have had listings removed from the Health and Beauty category in the past, that may be why you can no longer list there. I don't know if that is a temporary or permanent restriction. To find out, I would recommend contacting customer support to confirm whether the situation can be remedied.
