I cannot make a shipping label I under paid one item
I can’t get ahold of eBay assistant I can’t ship items I don’t know what’s going on I got sale a return evrything is spiraling out of control and I can’t do anything or talk to anyone and time is running out

Mentor11 months agohe customer service reps are overseas. Many don't know about our shipping methods.
Explain the problem here in detail, and we can explain what you need to do. If you understated the cost of shipping, you cannot ask the buyer for more money. You will have to pay the difference. When you create the shipping label, you can select to pay from your pending payout or Paypal.
