I cannot find my order that I bought & received
I need help finding my order on the eBay website. I want to return the item I bought & received, but I have no information.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay regarding the guest purchase.

Go to your Purchase History: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
Or see if your item appears on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
If neither of those show your item, perhaps you made the purchase as a guest. If you placed the order as a guest, go to your email and find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent. Click on "Order Details" and you should see a link regarding requesting a return.

Thank you for your response on my eBay purchase. I went back in like you said above and hit order details and it said:
"Order not found
Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order. If you need help, visit our help pages."
I have tried the help pages for 2 days now, with no help. How can I have a receipt for my purchase and there is no record of my purchase, even if I signed on as a guest?
