I cannot contact my seller about my bids.
I thought I had a good relationship with the seller synde59. I paid as soon as I got the invoice and I left excellent positive feedback. I was able to bid on three more items, but not on some others, which gave me error 5001.
The seller said other buyers got the same error and that he would contact eBay. He then said to try again (twice) but neither time was I able to bid. Now when I try to send him a message through ebay it always says "user is blocked". I spoke with ebay and they said he does have me blocked and that they would ask him to unblock me. I don't get it. Why would he block someone who wants to buy his items? There was never even a hint of a problem between us before. Now I am uncomfortable about my two remaining bids. What should I do next? How do I communicate with synde59?
