I cannot contact Ebay via chat for a return that's expiring soon for a few days, please help
Hi,
I am unable to contact Ebay via chat for a few days now and my return window is expiring today..... please help. The bot keeps telling me an agent will be with me in 1 minute, but an agent never joins. This is insanely sad... I have opened a return request and it's expiring today, and I can't talk to support about it..

OP1 year agoThank you both. I tried writing on Facebook and I am awaiting an answer... I want help with the taxes for a return shipment, they are WAY too high ($65 vs the $35 I paid when the item got to me from the seller).
