I cannot contact ebay.. Seller shorted me 3.25 on postage..
looking for any way to contact ebay.. tried to contact seller.. nothing,, Looking for ebay to resolve problem that has happened with other buyers also.. Trying to contact ebay directly is a mystery

Mentor3 years agoIf you already paid the postage due, eBay can not force the seller to reimburse you. If you haven't paid it yet, nicely tell the seller that he needs to send you the amount due by paypal, zelle, venmo, etc, or you will refuse delivery and open a not received claim.
