I cannot approve cancel request
A buyer contacted me about changing the address on the shipping label after they had already paid for the item but before I made a shipping label. I told them to cancel the order, and repurchase the item after they changed their address on their profile.
They sent a request to cancel the order but when I go to "Cancel Details" the "approve" button is greyed out and I cannot do anything with it. Please let me know what I can do.

Cancel the item choosing 'Buyer requests to cancel' as the reason for the cancellation. The buyer cannot cancel on their own. You won't be penalized for cancelling.
