I cancelled within 5 minutes but CANCEL does not work.
I selected the wrong item from the same seller and needed to cancel the order and reorder the right item.
However, the cancel order form does not submit. The page is dormant after filling everything out and selecting the reason for cancellation. Nothing happens with "SUBMIT".
I also attempted to contact the seller, which is likely a Chinese seller with a USA presence. No response.
