I cancelled my order 05-14078-46690 and requested the seller not to ship. The seller may still send it. I want to make sure I’m protected under eBay Money Back Guarantee if the item arrives.â€

If your item is late arriving you can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date.
Or if the item is not as described you can return it for a refund.
4 business days after opening the refund request Ask eBay to Step In and help if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund.

Mentor9 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. It is up to the seller to file the cancellation, and sellers are not obligated to do so.
Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
If you do receive the item, depending on the reason for the return, and the seller's return policy, determines if the seller will accept or decline the return.
