I CANCELLED BECAUSE IT DIDN'T SHIP ON THE DATE DESCRIBED
Can someone help me? What happens when the seller does not ship, you request a cancellation, the seller accepts the cancellation and eBay says that the seller accepted the cancellation, wait 3 days for the refund, after 3 days, eBay says that the seller tried to cancel this order but there was a problem with the refund. If you do not receive the product on the estimated delivery date, inform the seller that the item did not arrive.

·1 year agoBuyers are not able to actually cancel from their side. Only the seller can cancel, and they’re not obligated to cancel. The information that you received is correct. If the seller didn’t cancel, you need to wait until after the estimated date of delivery has passed to open a item not received case.
