I cancelled an order and received the item anyway.
I ordered a wedge pillow on eBay from seller AAA. Two days later, seller AAA told me that the pillow was damaged in shipping; they didn't have another one; they offered me a refund. I replied YES, I wanted a refund. Then I found another wedge pillow (also on eBay) and ordered it from seller BBB. Yesterday, a wedge pillow arrived by UPS. I opened it, slept on it, and I'm happy with it. Then today another wedge pillow arrived!
I looked carefully and realized that the AAA pillow, the one the seller reported damaged--that's the one I slept on last night. The one that arrived today is the BBB pillow. So what now?
The AAA pillow is the one I really wanted. I can return it at the seller's cost -- but I don't want to, and I think it's wrong to return something I already slept on, when there's nothing wrong with it.
I don't want to penalize seller BBB. After all, BBB sent me exactly what I ordered from them! But I will have to pay shipping to return it. I don't see why I should pay shipping at all, when it's not my fault that I wound up with two pillows. I can't afford to keep both.
Can you tell that I'm an agonizer? Please advise me. --M

You bought both, so now you own 2.
If you don't want the 2nd one ("BBB") you will need to pay return shipping costs, depending on the seller's return policy.
