I cancelled an auction
I recently cancelled an auction last month because the item, an amateur radio was broken in a a fall.
I did NOT want to sell a damaged item to a buyer. Now eBay is charging me again $96.00 , after disputing the charge with my credit card company. I just got a notice they'll be charging my bank account for the above amount. I do NOT think that eBay or a buyer wants me to sell them a now damaged item.
I have not found a live person or an email address to speak with someone regarding this matter.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
