I cancelled a return due to false information from seller
I need to reopen return as it was cancelled due to seller said he could not give me my refund until return was cancelled. I was tricked.

·1 year agoWe are not eBay; we are experienced buyers and sellers who answer questions here. We don’t have any ability to do anything.
ebay will not allow you to reopen any case after it’s closed. It doesn’t matter why, they absolutely never allow a case to be reopened after it’s closed.
I’m sorry you had a shady seller who lied to you. For future reference, you should never, ever close a case until your situation has been resolved to your satisfaction.
There’s nothing you can do through ebay at this point. Reach out to your payment process (paypal, or your credit care company) about doing a chargeback. That’s your only option now.

·1 year agoI’m sorry to hear that you were tricked this way by the seller. Unfortunately, once an eBay case is closed, there’s no way to reopen it.
If you can tell us why the item was being returned, we can tell you if you have other options.

OP1 year agoIt was being returned as goods not right. Seller agreed to credit but did not need goods back but did he could not credit until returned cancelled. I cancelled as per his instructions and he has not refunded as promised. I still have returns note. Can I still use it and will you see it delivered and credit funds back to me?
