I canceled an order immediately after making it but seller has ignored it
I cancelled an order immediately after buying it, because it’s the wrong item. I immediately requested cancellation. The item is in China. The seller says they’re getting ready to ship my item. They ignored the cancel request.

A buyer can request a cancellation, but it is up to the seller to accept it or not. It sounds like the seller is not going to cancel the order.
