I canceled an item I won in a bid within minutes, the buyer refused to cancel , the item isn’t paid
When will it be dropped for my eBay, I have had eBay over 15 years and never had this happen before, the item was overpriced and that’s why the cancellation was refused

·2 years agoThe seller has 3 days to accept or reject a request for cancellation made in the first hour.

You cannot cancel your purchase. The seller is not obligated to cancel on request.
The price was shown on the listing page before you decided to bid on it. When you placed your bid, you agreed to pay for the amount of your winning bid.
You are required to PAY for the item. If you refuse to pay, the seller can cancel the transaction after 4 days due to non-payment, resulting in an unpaid item "strike" on your account.
Per Ebay:
When you bid on or buy an item, you're agreeing to the rules we've put in place for our community. A bid is a binding contract that's active until an auction-style listing ends. Once you place a bid, you need to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.
