I canceled a purchase and the buyer says he didn't get a refund. Not sure what else to do.
How can this be resolved. Listing shows canceled and refund has been issued.

Mentor2 years agoBuyer will have to contact ebay. You also can remind them that refunds go back to the original funding source and ones to credit/debit cards can take extra days or weeks depending on the card companies processing time.
