I CAN TELL YOU eBAY MAKES IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO CONACT THEM??? I RECEIVED A COUPON OFF OF $10 OFF IF I MADE A PURCHASE ON MY MOBILE APP BUT I’VE LOOKED FOR 30 MINUTES AND CANNOT FIND THE ‘COUPON CODE’ ANYWHERE????? A COME ON????

If the coupon was for specifically for using the eBay app, the code should have been copied to your clipboard when you installed the app. Tap the coupon entry field at checkout, and when the on-screen keyboard pops up, see if the code is at the top of the keyboard.
If not, you may be able to find coupon codes using a desktop browser and going to your Summary page; I often see coupon codes shown at the top of the Summary:

To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP5 months agoTHANK YOU …FOUND THE CODE! BUT WHEN I WENT ONLINE TO MAKE A PURCHASE I WAS NOT GIVEN A BOX/SPOT TO ENTER THE COUPON CODE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE….

The field to enter the coupon code should appear on the checkout screen where the payment method is chosen. You may have to scroll down to see it if you have multiple payment methods saved. It says "Gift cards and coupons" with a little arrow to the right.
