I can not return the cell phone as it's past the 30 days return window....now what?
The phone started acting up after the 30 days.
Contacted seller.
They said to try a factory reset.
Didn't work.
Now the seller is ignoring me.

What can I do if a "new" item breaks about 45 days after purchase?
Seems I'm SOL.

An eBay agent can not extend the 30 days limit.
