Mentor7 months agoDid you use ebay shipping to print the shipping label? If so, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep their SHIP TO address up to date. You have ebay's seller protection if you shipped to the address attached to the payment. If you accidentally switched shipping labels with another package, both buyers will need to file a returns request for Item Not as Described. You accept the return, pay for return labels, and refund the buyers when the item is received back. You then relist the items, the buyers repurchase and repay, and make sure you ship the correct item to the right buyer.
