I can not find a billed to my Paypal account an ebay commerce order. Paypal reports the order number

Paypal reports a Ebay purchase and deducts it from my account. The quoted order number can not be fond on my Ebay history. How can I get a human at EBAY to research this as I can not even try to contact the seller without basic information.

If the item is not in your Purchase History you may have purchased the item as a guest in which case you would have to find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you when you purchased the item.
