I can not figure out where to submit an appeal to an appear. I did not receive the approved refund b
I’m seeking an appeal on a decision to not refund an item. The refund was denied because the item didn’t arrive within the 30 day return period. I followed the eBay process of using a Q eBay generated QR code, FedEx on site location, and am being penalized for a carrier scan issue, which is outside my control. I no longer have this package. The Walgreens in Cedar City, Utah that is the FedEx failed to properly “scan the item“. Therefore, on the FedEx website, the item appears to be “still with the Center“. I do not have this item. I’m asking eBay to manually override return refund under their eBay guaranteed refund program due to a FedEx on-site carrier scan error.

Mentor4 months ago@melcovi3 I am sorry to say but I doubt that eBay will rule in your favor since the package was not scanned in to the system AND because the return request has expired. It is always best to take the extra time to go to an actual Fed Ex office.
