I can no longer sell my products due to eBay's new policy.
Hello to whom it may concern, I'm a seller from Chile and I was selling my products all over the world. My sales were going very well all over the world... UNTIL eBay's new policies put a $500 limit on me. My products exceed that amount, and frankly, I don't know what to do. I've tried contacting eBay, but the AI always answers and doesn't give me any satisfactory answers. At best, they try to contact me by phone with one of eBay's assistants... the problem is that I don't speak English.
Therefore, I would like to contact someone who can help me. My reputation as both a seller and a buyer is excellent, and I've never had any problems with anyone.

·11 months agoIn the previous times I have seen this mentioned, the message from eBay advised that you needed to sign up for an Account Manager if you wished to list anything over $500. Did the message from eBay state that? If so, follow the link in that message to do so. It likely will take a while to receive a response to that.

OP11 months agoNo, I don't think I received that notification. Now that I'm reviewing the emails where I was warned about eBay's new policies, I'm going to be able to help you step by step on how to register as an account manager.
I'm looking at the options and only find the one for team access.
