I can’t promote a listing
I have no promotion option available. I’m guessing it’s because I haven’t been active on the platform in a while? When will I be able to promote listings again?

Mentor3 years agoAll of your feedback is more than a year ago, so ebay considers you a new seller, and with that comes listing and selling limits until you prove you are trustworthy. When promoted listings were first available, sellers needed a store subscription. I don't think that is a requirement any longer.
