If your browser is up-to-date, try using a different browser. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed; install a brand new browser you have never used before if necessary.
In some cases, if you are using a bad link and getting stuck in a redirection loop, you can get that error message.
If the problem happens when trying to sign in, see if you can use a different link to sign in.
