I can’t get any help!
Someone please help me! I recently purchased a leather purse on EBay and received notification today that it had been delivered.
I couldn’t find a package so checked the delivery information and found my purse had been delivered to someone in Arizona. I live in Ohio!! When I go to the EBay Help to report I haven’t received the item and that it was delivered to the wrong address, the computer keeps giving me the tracking information showing the package was delivered.
What can I do to get to someone in person to explain what happened? I’m so very upset!

If the tracking shows the seller did NOT ship to the address you provided then this is what you do.
File an item not received refund request. Select your item on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/get-help-item-hasnt-arrived?id=4042&st=12&pos=2&query=Get%20help%20with%20an%20item%20that%20hasn%27t%20arrived&intent=not%20arrived&context=DEFAULT_SELLER&docId=HELP1135
After 4 business days if the seller does not refund you ask eBay to step in and help. Have them review the tracking that shows the package was sent to an address other than the one on the sales record.

You will most likely need to appeal the case.
For the appeal, you will need a letter from the postal service stating that the package was delivered to the address on the shipping label but that it was not delivered to YOUR address.
The best place to appeal is on social media
1. You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
