If the seller does not want the item back, s/he has to refund you in full. When that happens, there is no return shipping label. If the seller has not refunded you within 3 days of filing the case, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

OP3 years agoI sent a message to the seller asking for another return label but was told to just keep the item (it had been damaged & is unusable).

·3 years agoWhen you open a Return Case, the item moves to the Canceled Invoices section. Check there for the case and the label is on the case.
