Your title does not include the word 'pin'. If you search for your title, you will find your listing.
Your listing is also not allowed - you cannot post a listing asking for something, you must have something to sell. You should remove your listing. What are you going to do if someone buys it?
Search for what you are looking for, then save the search. eBay will let you know if someone lists something that matches your search.

OP11 months agoThanks for your reply. But NOPE
still can’t get it to come up as a best match or new listing. I tried in all lower case type and Each word Capitalized. Yes I will remove the listing soon. But as long as we are here I have had this issue before and have not been able to solve it. In all my transactions and time with eBay I have only listed and sold one item and I would like to sell more but if I can’t find my listing can others find my listing. My second attempt at listing I listed and relisted several times to no avail and never sold or had any offers. So how do I fix this
