I canâ€™t find a way to get help. Never had a problem before and now itâ€™s terrible!

Question

I order 2 pair of sweat pants. Did not get them. Cancelled with my credit card people because I could not find my order on eBay. Still didnâ€™t get my order and was billed another $12.65 cents. I always get my stuff before, never had a problem and now it is impossible to get help. eBay is now terrible. I was credited for the original amount of over $19. But now have a bill from the same company for another $11.65.

@pushforward-73 In the future you should file a not received refund request on eBay within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date. If you make a purchase not logged in to your eBay account then it's a separate GUEST account and not your purchase history.

I am not sure why or HOW you would be charged again for the item. Sellers do not have access to credit card information.
