I buy two of these Lion king Safari Mats in bad condition. Was said it was a barn find.

I have a problem with two items i buy from this seller. It was stated it was a barn find. However the condition of these mats are apselutely unacceptable i think. They are full of dirt and one has holes in it. They where pretty espensive to. I have all ready contact seller about it. He has refused a refund and i am not satified with mats conditions. Barn find or not.

What can i do to contact ebay for help or my money back. I feel cheated.

Yes i espected a much better condition than what i got. I need help to what i can do to get my money back.

Since seller clearly refuses a refund.

I am far from satified with what i got.

Doesn't matter what the sellers says.

To request a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases , . You can also start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay

Make sure you choose a choice like arrived damaged OR doesnt match description or photos

I all ready tried. But i just get this mesage

It's too early to start a return

You can start a return on May 6

So do i just have to wait til may 6 before i can make a return or what. That idiot is long gone by that time.

Yes, you will have to wait until May 6th to open a case. And you will get your refund as long as you open the right type of case.
You can leave them negative feedback calmly explaining what happened, include pics with your feedback.
