I buy something and then it removed ? WHY and what happon to my money... Why was it remove and if it was illegal to sell. or was it a scam by kickasssales But I would like the fnife I bout or my money back not for the items just disappear, and how in the hell do we get ebay it there dam store

Mentor3 years ago@bat-89 Since the item was removed you may not be able to file a not received refund request without eBay customer service assistance.
Here are the steps to reach a live eBay customer service agent.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Request a call back or live chat from the left hand side of the linked page.
eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly at this time as the agents are still working from home.
If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
If you are located outside of the US or Canada then you will need to use chat or social media.
2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
