I buy alot of cards on ebay... i never received a card i ordered but it says delivered...
I contacted Seller... he says it was delivered to my address according to tracking number... when I enter the tracking number in I get nothing... ebay has denied my refund because it says delivered... I try to appeal, but it immediately signs me out... any suggestions?

Ebay will deny any appeal since tracking indicates it was delivered.
You can contact the shipping company, provide the tracking number and inquire about delivery location.
