I buy a gift card for $200 and there is no money card I want my money back now
I try to call eBay they said money is in store when I go to store they said we don’t have money

Mentor3 years agoGift cards can take up to four hours from purchase to be usable.
If it has been more than four hours and you are still unable to check the balance or use the card, take the card and receipt back to the retailer where it was purchased and have the retailer check to make sure the card was activated correctly.
