I brought a garden/festival trolley new think it was used, what do i do?
I brought a foldup garden/festival trolley as a gift for a friend.
It was meant to be brand new but it had dirty wheels, paint was chipped and the pull tag was broken.
So I think it was used. My friend still accepted it as a gift, cause she needed it and was grateful.
I don't think I should of been charge for a brand new one when it wasn't.
What can I do about this?
