I bout a watch from a seller who was removed from eBay for violations. I was sent a fake watch
They offered a 60% refund, I countered with a 75% refund. They agreed but have not sent the updated offer. They asked me to close the request and they would issue the refund

DO NOT CLOSE THE RETURN REQUEST.
You won't be refunded if you do.

OP5 months agoThank you! Appreciate the advice. Should I decline the offer for 60% made by the seller and see if they offer 75% refund like the agreed to?

I would decline it.
If it was a fake watch, I would want 100%
