Go to your account settings to confirm that your "ship-to" address is correct.
If it is, contact DHL in your country and verify that the delivery address associated with that tracking number matches your address (or the address you provided at checkout). If it does match, find out where it was delivered (it's possible they left it at the wrong place).
If tracking does not match your address, ask DHL to provide an email that states that tracking number does not match you address (they must state the address you provide them). Then open an "item not received" request from your Purchase History and upload the letter DHL provided. The automated system may close your request, but then open an appeal and upload the DHL letter. You should then get a human.
