I bought something and attempted to return it but was told to keep it and would be sent more
I purchased these bangle bracelets from a seller bwcause they looked amazing and were a good price. When I received them they didn't fit at all like I couldn't get them over a toddlers hands and they looked nothing like the picture. So not wanting to leave negative feedback I contacted the seller and explained the situation, I also opened a return claim to send them back hoping to receive the proper bangles. They were 50$ so I really wanted them because that's alot of cash for me. The seller never would send me a return envelope label ever after many requests and so I went to ups here in Ky and asked to send them back myself- but the shipping was 270$ at ups. So I contacted the seller again and he said he'd make me more immediately and to keep the first ones I received. I said I didn't want him losing money and reminded him if he sent a label I'd gladly return them to him. But he insisted that he'd make the new bangles exactly as I wanted in the proper size and that he'd expidite shipping to me. Well this has never happened and he says now the bangles are hung up in customs. I'd believed in his word so I'd closed the return request thinking I didn't need it. But it's been months now and he's stopped responding to me and I am out 50$ for nothing for tiny toddler sized wire bangles not thick bracelets that fit an adult woman. I believed his word. I thought he was being kind to me but it was all a scam. I really could use the money back. Please help me!

When did you receive them? If it was less than 30 days ago, open a return request.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it has been more than 30 days, call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described, the promised replacement never sent.
