I bought shipping, but the weight was insuficiant, I cancelled the label and need a new one
I bought shipping, but the weight was insufficient, I cancelled the label and need a new one with the correct weight, can I do it through e bay? doesn't seam like you can talk to an agent

Mentor2 years agoJust to add - you can buy another label through eBay. On that same page of your shipping labels select purchase another label.

Mentor2 years agoDid you actually void the label? If not, go to your orders and look to the left (desktop). Click on shipping labels. Find the one to void. You need to do it quickly. You will receive a credit for the shipping label in your payouts in 2-3 weeks.
