I bought, paid and didn't receive the product.
I come to this community to ask for help. I bought an item on eBay and didn't receive it at my address. I resed and didn't succeed. They said that my case has already been resolved and I can no longer appeal. I got the proof of delivery from USPS where the disparity in the weight of the goods appears. The buyer ignored me and refused to help me. On the proof of delivery who received it, the company, the postal code are not the same as those that appear in my registration. The merchandise weighs 30lbs and on the voucher it is like 6lbs, that is, the seller sent any object, except what was actually in the ad. The seller made insurance for $100 and the amount paid for the product was $1,200. Please, how do I prove that I'm in my rightâ“

Mentor11 months agoFile a case with the payment processor and make sure to include documentation that the tracking number is not associated with your address.
