I bought item 3/31/24. Seller never mailed. Seller says ebay didnâ€™t tell her I bought it.

Please help. I bought item 3/31/24. Seller waited to respond to my email asking for tracking number on 4/7/24. Doesnâ€™t want to go to post office until 4/13/24. I want what I bought! She relisted the item!!

When the estimated date of delivery (as shown in your Purchase History) has passed by at least 1 day, you can file a Refund Request.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
