I bought gift cards and can't use them
I bought gift cards and when I tried to buy something it says "no remaining balance on this card", I never got to buy anything. How can I get the money back? Please help

Mentor3 years agoThe first time you use an eBay gift card it becomes linked to your eBay account.
After that first transaction, any remaining balance should appear as a line item on your checkout page with a box to apply the credit to your purchase.
