I bought fake ear buds that wouldn’t connect
I bought online ear buds that said apple . I tried them and they seem like they worked. I threw the box out. When using them, I could hear great but people couldn’t hear me.That day I went to Apple Store and they confirmed that there a real good copy but not real Apple ear buds. I bought it from the Apple Store and return the fake ones in the Apple box I just bought. The lady tells me that it’s not the right box and isn’t doing anything for me. Any suggestions? I have no ear buds and out $127 dollars. I showed her the receipt from apple
