I bought confirmed counterfeit Seresto collars

Question

I purchased 2 Seresto flea collars. I called ELANCO and discovered they are counterfeit and could harm my dogs. The seller offered me a $7.00 refund. When I went to leave feedback, the auction had been removed and was no longer available for feedback! I don’t care if I ever get my money back, but I do care that this sellers product could harm people’s pets. What can I do?

@lil5859 . Sorry you had a bad seller. If the listing was removed and all you see is a removed notice that means eBay removed the listing. I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record. You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay. Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041 Reason doesn't seem authentic 4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701 If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery. Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail. See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages. https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Electronic-USPS-Delivery-Confirmation-International
