I bought an item with NO RETURN stated on sale page. its broken in transit.

Delivered and sale page says it was working.
It was damaged in transit.
My EBAY page shows no record of purchase.
EBAY normally asks me to RATE the seller and ITEM.
Nothing heard. Seller says they will return by 01/18/2025.
No REPLIES!
How do I proceed for a refund??

Archer Antenna Rotator I purchased from you is junk.
Very poor packaging destroyed the item in transit. If it was in working order when you shipped it, it was not in order and working when it arrived.
Your sale page says NO RETURNS.
I have not yet RATED your sale item.
I would like a refund PLEASE!

When you looked in your Purchase History, did you make sure to choose to view purchases in the correct year? (I see the item was sold in Dec. 2024)

OP1 year agoThanks for the help, yet if EBAY shows no Transaction, regardless if I have the item
that was shipped/damaged in transit/ I then have no recourse, as the seller is Ghosting me at this time??

Order number and Item number too.
Should I go to my credit card and ask for a refund?
