I bought an item the seller never responded and i closed my ticket thinking I could cancel the order on my own🤦🏾‍♂️

I bought a pair of jeans around a month and a half ago, the seller never responded to any of my messages so I decided since it past the estimated delivery date that I should cancel the order. Once I cancel it I did minor research discovered that it could take days for a ticket to be resolved so i closed the ticket thinking i could close the order, now im stuck in a limbo of not being able to get a refund or get my jeans CAN ANYONE HELP 🙏🏾

If it's more than 30 days past the expected delivery date, eBay can't help you. But you can:

File a chargeback on your payment method, PayPal, or credit card. That goes back to eBay and your seller.

If something like this happens in the future, don't close your case without checking with us here.
