I bought an item that I requested a cancellation. The cancellation request is still pending and the user closed their account.
If I click on the item nothing shows. If I click on username it shows user no longer registered

MentorSep 17, 2026 at 3:20 AMThe seller's account has been suspended or banned by the platform , making them a "Not A Registered User." Because their account is closed, they cannot approve your cancellation request, leaving the transaction frozen.
How to Get Your Money Back:
Wait for the Timeout: The pending cancellation request will automatically time out after 3 calendar days since the seller cannot respond.
File an "Item Not Received" Claim: Wait until one day after the original estimated delivery date passes, then open an "Item Not Received" case. Because the seller cannot provide tracking, the platform will automatically refund you.
