I bought shocks for my daughters car and installed them.... shortly after I noticed that the boot protecting the shocks are falling apart.... contacted seller and asked what to do..... seller offer to send me $20 which will not pay for the damaged part and then to have the part installed.... seller offered to send replacement rubber boots but I will still have to pay to have them installed.... can't find any way to complain to ebay about damaged parts and I would have to got to Seattle to remove...
