Mentor2 years agoNeed more details. Did you open a Item Not as Described dispute? If so seller must either accept the return and/or refund, or ebay will do it for them when you ask ebay to step in.

OP2 years agoHi, I have not received a response from the seller and the problem has not yet been resolved, I need to return the item and receive a refund

Mentor2 years agoIf you filed a Returns Request, and the seller has not responded within 3 days, on day 4, go back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in, when it displays, to force the refund.
