Mentor3 years agoOnly the seller can cancel and most will with an automatic refund, but if not has to ship the item. If no item or refund by the estimated delivery date, request a refund for an Item Not Delivered.

OP3 years agoI finally got a hold of a live person on eBay eBay representative and she refunded my money the same day thanks eBay
