I bought an item and now discovered it has a fatal issue that was not disclosed.
I bought a gaming laptop for my son in July and had it delivered to family in the US. It finally arrived at us in September and after 2 weeks the screen started going blank. We tried some fixes to no avail and not after a thorough assessment at a technician we are informed that it requires a new motherboard. I contacted the seller a month ago and they don’t reply at all. I can’t find a way to take this up on eBay. Can anyone assist?
