Mentor1 year agoeBay's Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item. So there is no one to talk to at eBay since you are no longer covered. You need to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. There are deadlines for doing this so do this now.

At this point your best option is to file a chargeback with PayPal or your Credit Card.
